I was tempted to add garlic, because I love garlic and I love garlic with mushrooms, but I am moving in the direction of experimenting with eliminating FODMAP*s for a bit to see what impact that might have.

I know my meal pictures are not photographic gems because I am taking them with my phone under a cabinet tasklight CFL, but the meals we have been eating since I started the AIP three weeks ago are definitely gustatory gems. Today’s lunch was another satisfying, healing and mouth-watering delight, prepared by my generous spouse who is super supportive and accompanying me along my healing journey.
We are in a pattern of him preparing the weekend meals. I love this pattern!… Today he prepared grilled pastured lamb chops served with a pesto oil, mushrooms sauteed in virgin palm oil (rich in carotenes and vitamin E), and mixed green salad with pesto oil drizzled over that too.
