Four ingredients: one lemon and one orange, peeled, sliced and seeds removed; two dates, pitted and chopped; two cups cranberries. Chopped in a food processor

I like this version of a November favorite!! Tangy, refreshing and super healthy for me!!

    • I eat some raw veggies, greens mostly, occasionally carrots. I’ll probably add a supplement of digestive enzymes for a brief experiment. I don’t measure how much I drink, but I’d say close to 1/2 gallon a day. I know this: I now drink considerably less than before paleo. The parched mouth feeling that I had for years is gone. Before paleo I was over-the-top about always having water with me. I would even keep some in a spillproof sport bottle by my bed so I could drink during the night. Are you studying vegetables, hydration or paleo? Nice to see you here, MS.
